The AZ Learns plaque is a great way to communicate to parents and visitors --
as well as students and staff -- that the school is "making the grade" as measured by the
Arizona Department of Education. These solid-walnut plaques are cut in the shape of the state and
measure 11 inches wide by 13 inches tall. Across the top is a laser-engraved oak and walnut "AZ Learns" logo,
and below that a black-on-brass plate is engraved with the school, principal, and rating information.
The award is featured in a double-layered oak and walnut cutout at the lower-right corner of the plaque.
