When can I expect my order to ship?
4-5 weeks in most cases. 6-8 weeks on Blue Ribbon plaques and custom school seals.
Can you rush my order?
Because our products are hand assembled, we cannot always promise rush orders. This is especially true throughout the fall and early spring seasons due to a high volume of orders. We do try and accommodate rush orders but we ask that you try and plan presentations around our normal delivery cycle, as mentioned above.
What carrier do you use for shipping?
Most of our orders ship UPS ground. We occasionally ship FedEx and USPS.
Can I customize my engraving?
Yes, please contact us before placing your order to go over options and pricing details.
Can I put more than one year on a plaque?
We encourage schools to order one plaque for each year as it creates a stronger visual impact on your plaque wall. However, we can in most cases include multiple years... additional charges may apply for this.
Can I include more than one award on a plaque?
Due to the design of most of our plaques we are not always able to include more than one award. Please call or email us for special options.
I do not see a plaque for my state, can you create one for us?
We are always working to add new states to our product line so we would love to hear from you. Even if we do not add your state as a permanent part of our product line, we could certainly customize something for your individual school.
Do your plaques come in any other colors or finishes?
We use walnut and oak woods in nearly all of our products. We do not use any stains or lacquers to finish our products. Our hand rubbed oil finish seals and preserves the natural beauty of these woods.

Is AwardPlace.com a sole source vendor?
We hold sole source status for many districts. For a letter explaining our position on this, please call or email our office and we would be happy to send one.
Do you accept school purchase orders?
We do accept school purchase orders. We will require a copy of your PO prior to processing any orders. Purchase requisition forms will not be accepted.
